Myanmar International Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management is the gateway to a successful career in the rapidly developing hospitality industry in Myanmar and overseas. The MIITHM curricula integrates a balance of realistic practical training with an input of inspiring theoretical knowledge to train and develop young people, both male and female, to take-up rewarding positions in the tourism/hospitality industry.
The Certificate in Cookery course is a full-time program designed to
educate
students with skills for the preparation of international, regional and local dishes according to established international standards in a safe and hygienic workplace.
At MIITHM one will be trained by world class instructors using the finest materials/ingredients and state-of-the-art Kitchen and catering equipment. In addition the students will be coached in the development of employability skills where they learn hands-on experience of technical skills and exploring their creativity.
The policy of our institute is not to have more than 24 students per class so that the lecturers/ Instructors can observe and coach the progress of each individual student. This is in line with our credo: “uncompromising dedication to quality hospitality training”.
