Front Office and Reception
Myanmar International Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management is the gateway to a successful career in the rapidly developing hospitality industry in Myanmar and overseas. The MIITHM curricula integrates a balance of realistic practical training with an input of inspiring theoretical knowledge to train and develop young people, both male and female, to take-up rewarding positions in the tourism/hospitality industry.
The Certificate in Front Office and Reception Course is a full-time program designed to equip students with the required knowledge of all front office operations and serving the guest through the different stages of the guest cycle. This course will enable students to find different employment in areas.
At MIITHM one will be trained by world class instructors using the latest computer soft ware used in the industry. In addition to the technical modules students will be coached in employability modules, marketing and creativity.
The policy of our institute is not to have more than 24 students per class so that the lecturers/ Instructors can observe the progress of each individual student. This is in line with our credo: “uncompromising dedication to quality hospitality training”.
